Terms of use.

General terms of use below describe the conditions under which the site Accrophil provides access to its services and its space.
By clicking on ‘I accept’, you confirm to accept all general terms of use, site ethics and sales rules.
If you do not accept those terms and rules, you can not use our services.
If you have any question of whiwh our help folders or frequently asked questions do not reply to, please contact the site administration by email.

In preamble of the terms, the seller agrees to sale only good quality products, with no defect, ou exceptionally if they are reported in the item description in case of a good value objects.

The seller also agrees not to sale identical objects in too large quantity, reasonable limit being 3.

Remarques :

- The seller have to pay user rights of the shop monthly (see pricing in the FAQ section) and a commission on each sale. The minimum commission is therefore 1 cent.

- a seller account has to be credited before the first sale (wallet).

1- Subscription Conditions.
The site purpose being to promote collections and escpecially philately, post cards collections and the numismatists, you must be 18 years old to register and be minimum 18 to be legally able to purchase contracts in french law.

2 – Information provided when registering are declared true and correct by author, who declares acting on its behalf, for its own (individual or professional).

3 – Every person registered on Accrophil agree to comply to French law.

4 - Accrophil agrees to protect provided informations when registering under the law Informatique et Libertés of January the 6th 1978, including ensuring to the author a free access to concerned informations and the right to modify or use our services to update these modifications.

Accrophil also agrees not to give, sale, commercialize to third people information entered on the site by its members. The only person able to access your data are the one with whom you dealt transaction with.

5 – Any registered person can at any time requires Accrophil to the cancel its registration. Commissions credited on the wallet are however not refundable.

6 - Accrophil reserves the right on its own initiative to interrupt or cancel permanently the registration of any person in case of finding of violation of this rule of sales or significant and repeated offenses to ethic rules describes below.

7 – Accrophil mission is limited to offer to its members an IT communication and information exchange and therefore the nature and the content of those informations and the possible follow are the exclusive responsibility of concerned users without Accrophil responsibility on that matter.
In particular, and without the following list being exhaustive , every registered member; admits :

- that the content of insertions and ads made on the site, wether the nature of the product, its description, services offered as well as negociating proposal accompanying, is written; under the only responsibility and control of the author.

- That Accrophil, despite the stand for general vigilance it intends to apply cannot, in the general context of the internet and products types offer on the site, nor verify nor guarantee the authenticity if products or offered services; nor the users indentities.

- That any user acting on the Accrophil site as a professionnal is the only responsible for legal mention of omission eventualy required or any breach of the specific rules for insertion specific to certain products or services

- that any appreciation, que toute appréciation, judgment or comment brought by a member of the site to another, within the evaluation system is performed on its own initiative and under its own legal responsibility in case of inaccurate, insulting or defamatory talking.

10 – However Accrophil as a legal entity can deem following its own ethic to be a moral responsability not to let spread, even encourage on a passive way the excesses or abuses that by its nature allows the sale and auction system on the internet.

11 – Also violate Accrophil regulation and banned from publication on the site, all insertions not compliant with current regultation as well as all articles obscene, pornographic, libelous, racist, violating the dignity and generally not conform to morality and decency.

12 - Accrophil website of exchange, sales and auction operating on the internet on a non commercial basis can not prevent its user against risks and inconveniences or prejudice he could suffer in case of failure even temporary of its services.

14 - Accrophil works for launching three months period as a private associative nonprofit website. Therefore there is no commission received on sales and no fees for offered services by the site outside of optional paid options.

16 - Accrophil agrees if required to update these terms to engage with its members a wide consultation with its more active members. Under this consultation, to send directly to each member the amended version. Any subsequent use to this email mark the acceptance of the amended Regulation.

17 – Any member acknowledges after registration having read the essential operating procedures of the site and sales terms as described in th various help and FAQ freely available


Ethic between site members.

As a registered member of Accrophil, you participate in a community of collectors acting with good faith and wishing to exchange, sale and buy according to a user-friendly process et with principles based on trust and mutual respect of honest information, reliable, comply with the law, moralityn ethics and deontology of collectors.

If as a communication space Accrophil does not intend to intervene on the principle, the conclusion or performance of actual transactions decided between members, however, Accrophil reserves the right to take any restriction action or prohibition of accessing its site to any person, or products or offered service, that would infringe repeatedly or significantly the general spirit if the site as al du site as expressed above and the sales terms ad described and offered when open for sale.

As a seller, vous agree to describe the product ou services that you offer with accuracy, comply with the terms of the proposal you pu on the site, in case of actual conclusion of a transaction, reimburse the buyer if the product or service is delivered faulty or deficient

As a seller, by making an offer of product or service made on the site by participating in the auction, you mean to express a real interest, of goo faith et assume your commitment to purchase products you win.

if you use the auction mode, you mean to respect its operating rules, ensuring not to artificially influence the flow.
Particularly as a seller and during the period, you agree not to place a bid on the products you are offering yourself under an artificialy created nickname or by unlawful agreement to increase the possible reserved price or to modify the duration you choose to strat with.
As a buyer you do not intend to especially take away the auction you already created unless except in exceptional circumstances, like a manifest error or a force majeure, you would then have to justify to the seller.


You intend to use the evaluation system as to preserve and promote the spirit of trust and friendship prevailing on th site, in an effort to give objective and based on your experience with other members and you use the black list as an extreme need as far as it is not refusal to sell under commercial code.

You agree the price at courtesy at all times and agree to promote dialogue and communication in order to solve a possible dispute with another user.
